It’s all about the actual use of NFTs and web3 IRL and in the open metaverse.
This is why there is such a strong focus on continued build out, in this bear and beyond, of web3 mapping features, IRL production co-ops, flexible + rechargeable memberships, and everything that helps us bridge more people between inflation adjusted IRL activities and virtual means to seize the memes of production.

• Why does everything always start to look the same with all of these corporate web2 fashion clones of each other?
Besides having no incentive and no imagination, let’s be real, their top goal is to “woo the kids” without being caught up in what horrible machine of perpetual surveillance, ad targeting and monoculture they’re wooing everyone into being trapped in dull grey amber within.
There’s something to be said about them simply choosing the least expensive, least effortful and most ubiquitous path as enterprise orientated software has eaten design. But that only holds true for as long as content monetisation remains closed.
Thankfully, everyone in the know in web3 is racing towards greater build out of truly open content monetisation methods for designers and creators of all kinds.
Top Controversies
Is it really that much of a surprise that the self-proclaimed populariser responsible for utility entering the NFT conversation (And might as well have claimed to have invented the internet whilst at it) shilled the fuck out of The Saudis drop and dumped directly back on his followers within hours.
If you’ve been in NFTs longer than a few minutes, or February 2021, then no surprise at all.
Silly Fails and Trolling
Was it one huge troll all along to distract from everything else going wrong? At this stage, it seems more plausible than pulling out because of bots. But, here’s hoping for the best so crypto twitter remains a great place to be until all of web2 social media is soon replaced by true web3 so we never have to hear another word about web5 or Elon’s latest kids again 🤣
